It just deteriorates as time goes by. My lower back is killing me. I don’t recall doing anything specific that would have caused it to happen. I’ve handled this before. Usually lasts a few days. I remember going to the doctor once and they tried to give me Celebrex because they thought it was arthritis. That shit is whack, killed many people a few years ago.
I gotsa just get back into shape, go train some jiu-jitsu, box, have fun with the kids. Life is only so long, or so short, whichever way you want to look at it.
So many things to do but so little time. How do you make it fit under so many hours? It’s hard. I guess you gotta make do with what you have and with what time you have too.
Time to start saving money, I have a seed on its way. Eight months from now, here comes baby again. I really don’t mind if it’s a boy or a girl. My wife is hoping and praying it’ll be a girl. I don’t mind except for that fact when she gets older, that’s when it gets stressful, especially on a father. C’mon now, you guys know what I’m talking about.
Anyways, have a great weekend. Christmas is almost upon us. Parties, eating mad food, gifts, comfort of family, loved ones, just pure aloha.
I keep saying this but it’s the truth. I cannot believe where all the time has gone. I mean it was just yesterday the start of the pre-season NFL football being played on TV. It was the start of Colt Brennan actually getting play time during an actual, even though it was pre-season, official NFL game. Holy crap does time go by quickly. With it, it takes each and one of our own lives with it. We get older by the day goes by. No one wants to think it but hey we all know it’s the reality of the matter.
Hawaii Warriors did not bad this season going 7-6 with majority of those losses being very close games except for probably the Florida game. They have a chance to play Norte Dame which is a very good school. Wish I could go but no more time and money this year.
Football and MMA are my two main sports, well other than the aspects related to MMA like wrestling, jiu-ijtsu, kick boxing, boxing, etc., nothing else really piques my interest.
I can’t believe Christmas is pretty much a week away. Damn how time goes by so quick.
What have I accomplished in this past year? I got a raise, sort of. I attempted to go back to school but failed. Learned a few of life’s lessons. That’s about it.
In 2009 I’ll strive for better things like losing and keeping off weight. Becoming more healthy. I think my number one goal will have to be to start eating at home every damn night without any compromises.
I think 3/4 of my paycheck probably goes towards eating out and that is plain STUPID. I shouldn’t be spending that much money on food, especially not out at fast food joints and restaurants.
Well, that’s certainly my downfall. Like I told my mom earlier today, life is short, you gotta play hard. But at the same time, we gotta be conservative if you know what I mean. I guess what they like to call it is: “MODERATION.”
That’ll be my slogan for 2009, MODERATION.
Boy oh boy, what a month. Jordan XIs are set to retro on Saturday, December 20th, 2008 along with the Jordan XIIs. They’re both coming in the CDP pack. This is the last pack of the CDPs which is pretty significant. The XIs are some of the most sought after Js, ever. Well they are my favorite out of all the Js. I am not going to lie. I saw Twilight and I liked it. Call me gay but that movie rocked. I just liked the way Edward fucked all the bad vampires up. They could have used a better looking front lady though, like Jessica Alba or something. Can’t wait for the sequels.
I bought a new MacBook in November. I had to return it once already due to a key that kept popping off.
I usually take my laptop to wherever I go and since I don’t have a case for it yet, I just hold it when my wife is driving us around. I noticed upon holding the computer that the back side of the MacBook is not flush. One end is flush, the other end is slightly off center.
The easiest way to describe this is that the lid of the LCD when closed, one end (right side) sits flush, the left side does not sit flush and there is overhang by probably a millimeter or two. Why in God’s name would this bother me? Well, I paid $1,500.00 for this laptop. If you were to go out and buy a brand new car today and took it home and realized wow, the lines of one of the doors don’t match up. It’s hardly noticeable but for $30,000.00 that you paid or are going to pay (loan), then wouldn’t you want perfection or close to it?
I’m just going to walk in there and ask if they can take a look at it for me. I just want to have a laptop that is perfect, especially when I paid $1,500.00 for it. That is what I’m going to try and stress. We’ll see what happens. I have an appointment with the Mac Geniuses at 10:15AM this morning.

Wow I just watched the Koscheck vs. Yoshida fight and holy shit that knockout was nasty as fuck! He was out on his feet and then put on queer street by that nice right hand. Holy shit he was out! He laid there like Nate Quarry when he got knocked out by Rich Franklin. Yoshida was knocked out cold! His eyes went cock-eyed when he landed flat on his back, his feet went straight out and up, his hands out to the side in an extremely stiff position. That guy was goners. I felt bad. That was one of the most brutal knockouts I’ve seen in a long time.
