It hasn’t even been one week in and I already have a problem with my MacBook – not good.  You see the way the five key is positioned?  Well it comes off easily.  It shouldn’t.  The rest of the number keys and letter keys do not do this.  This is an obvious flaw in the keyboard.  I set up an appointment with the Genius Bar to correct this today.  I’ll report back with what I get.

I’m disappointed since I loaded a lot of software on here already and hope that they don’t (in a way I do) give me a new laptop.  I wouldn’t mind a new one but at the same time as long as they don’t scratch the outer casing or anything inside I won’t mind getting it repaired.
